Skill2Create launches global platform to transform talent into opportunity

The Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship (CIE) has unveiled Skill2Create, a groundbreaking global capability-development ecosystem designed to help individuals transform skills and ideas into sustainable careers and enterprises.

Skill2Create’s structured ten-stage journey — from discovery to progression — ensures that every participant has a clear path forward. Learners begin by exploring pathways and building profiles, followed by eligibility assessments and skills-gap identification. The program then connects them to hosts for supervised, work-based learning experiences.

Each stage is evidence-driven, culminating in a verified Capability Passport that records competencies and achievements. Placements range from short four-week residencies to year-long apprenticeships, with every experience closing in a documented progression step — whether employment, entrepreneurship, or further learning.
